Sometimes a double first base is necessary to keep players safer, but the expense of buying a double first base can be a lot for a team. With the Soft Touch Bases T15-Orange T-Series 15" Orange Turf Base, coaches can just add this orange base next to their pre-existing white base to create a secure double first base. By doing so, the runner and fielder both have the space they need in order to reduce the risk of collision. This base is meant for synthetic fields that don't have a mounting system already installed.
