The Power Conditioning Rope Wall Anchor consists of a wall plate that measures 2 ½” wide x 10” high and is made of steel plate with a 3” x 4” steel eye. You simply threat your power conditioning rope through the steel eye, pull it through until one side is even with the other and start working out. It's that easy.
