The form finder hurdle forces the hurdler into correct body position. This training device is designed specifically for practicing and perfecting your hurdle technique without needing a coach to watch to make sure your form stays correct. Keeps hurdler's arm movement in and makes hurdler bring trail leg under armpit. Cloth cross braces are Velcro attached and break away upon contact. Uprights are steel powder coated. Sold with base only.
