It saves the manufacturer money but produces less noise, less smoke and less flash. NOT ANY MORE!!! These high quality black powder blanks are .22 Long Caliber. The length is longer so they hold more powder.
These blanks are quickly becoming the more popular option and you can buy them here. These fit our Alfa .22 caliber starting guns. They may fit other models but we have only tested them in our Alfa starting guns. If you will be using them in another model please make sure they fit before ordering as starting blanks are not returnable.
