This Agility Ladder is used for improving agility, coordination, foot agility, foot speed & balance. Slats are adjustable & have foam rubber backing to reduce shifting & sliding on hardware floors. 20 feet long x 20" wide with 12 slots. Comes with storage handle & nylon carrying bag. Not shown.
