Ken Morley III
From the Canoe to the Conference Room: Meet the CEO
Most people know me as the current CEO of Morley Athletic Supply Co Inc and I'm happy to have so many loyal customers that have gotten to know me as I've built relationships with them. It's my favorite part about running this business. I'm not a CEO that hides

behind his office door. I pick up the phone all day because working directly with our customers is what makes it worth doing. You can't lead your team from behind a closed door.
I am a true outdoorsman at heart. Whether I’m casting a line fishing, breathing in the salt air at the ocean, or exploring the woods, I’m happiest when nature is involved. When the sun goes down, I trade the hiking boots for an apron—I love cooking almost as much as I love eating.
But my favorite adventure? That would be raising my family.
The Wolfgang Factor

Of course, no adventure is complete without a trusty sidekick. Mine just happens to be a Miniature Schnauzer named Wolfgang. He’s got a big personality for a small guy and keeps me on my toes (and often steals the spotlight). He's got his own bed down here at the office and comes in at least once a week to do his rounds around the warehouse and get some treats.
A Legacy of Sport and Service
Fourth-Generation Owner and CEO of Morley Athletic. I started working in this family

business over three decades ago, learning the ropes and understanding exactly what our customers need. My father didn't believe in silver spoons he was more of a "Spare the rod and spoil the child" type of guy. As a kid that was a tough way to learn but looking back at it I'm grateful to have had a father that was a tough leader. Today, I am incredibly proud to say that the legacy continues. My daughter, Aurora, is now working alongside me in the company, bringing fresh energy to the tradition we’ve built, further expanding our capabilities in an ever changing business landscape and keeping me on my toes.
Why We Do It
At Morley Athletic, we keep it simple but effective. We pride ourselves on three things:
- Professional Customer Service: We actually pick up the phone and help you.
- Great Prices: Because running a program shouldn't break the bank.
- The "One-Stop Shop" Experience: From bleachers to inflating needles, we offer our accounts absolutely every piece of athletic supply and equipment they need to run their programs.
Whether you need to outfit a varsity team or just want to swap fishing stories, I’m here!
